We have many tutorials online, which aim to guide you through every aspect of setting up your website the tutorials cover Cpanel, Fantastico, WHM and even setting up pop3 email accounts.

Billing Centre
We have installed a new billing system on our servers recently, this will improve the ease of use in paying invoices, and adding extra features onto the accounts as well as upgrading. You can also create support tickets via the area.
